Long Ashton Golf Course
At 6,400 yards off the white (medal) tees, Long Ashton is a jewel of a course, packed with features and challenges for all abilities. The par is 71 (74 for ladies off the red tees), and the longest hole is the recently lengthened 5th, at 544 yards.

Hole 4
We now come to one of the longest and most difficult holes. Rough and gorse provide trouble along the right and on the left is a pond to catch a hooked drive... so the drive must be straight. As the ground falls to the right there is a second direction post indicating the line for the next shot.

Hole 11
As the tee for this hole is near to the Club House, it presents a very good alternative starting point when necessary. It is slightly elevated and recessed close to a small coppice and calls for a long carry of approximately 200 yards to clear a gully. Club selection for the second shot is made more difficult by the fact that the green has no background, and is guarded by bunkers on the right.
