Get into Golf Courses 

We regularly run courses for all levels throughout the year both midweek and weekends with groups of upto 8 people subject to a minimum number.  They courses are designed to give you a basic knowledge of how to play golf to start with and hopefully with the longterm aim to get you playing out on the course with the help of some of our starter memberships.  To enquire about dates for the next available course or put your name down please contact the pro shop on 01275 392229 option 1.

Course Goal Beginners 

-establish a sound full swing and chipping and putting set up

-gain an understanding of the different club lengths and lofts

-get a basic understanding of the relationship between club face and club path

-have a basic full swing, chipping and putting movement

5 x 45 Minute Group Sessions. £25. Max of 8 people per course. Discounted driving range card will be provided whilst you are on the coaching programme usually only available to members.  All equipment provided.

Intermediate Course Content

5 x 1 Hour Group Sessions. £40. Max of 8 people per course. Discounted driving range card will be provided.

The intermediate lessons will cover the golf swing and short game in more depth and provide video feedback of full swing lessons. You should be ready to move up to PREPARE TO PLAY after one or two rounds of the intermediate course. All equipment can be provided, but it is recommended that you purchase a 7 iron and a Pitching Wedge to allow you to practice.

The Get into Golf courses should provide you with a clear pathway to the golf course over the period of 4 – 6 months. Please get in touch if you would like to reserve a place or if you require some advice as to which class you should join.

Prepare to Play (invite only)

4 x 90 Minute Group Sessions. £50. Max of 4 people per course. Discounted range card will be provided.

The prepare to play lessons will be mainly conducted on the golf course (at least two lessons), whilst also keeping a check on your full swing and short game progression. You should feel confident to play after you have completed the Prepare to Play lessons.

Some equipment can be provided but golf shoes are required to go on the course.
